Home Alarm, Intruder Alarm or Burglar Alarm all point to preventing or limiting the risk from a ‘break in’, but their role is changing. They are still mainly to minimize theft from your home, but now they have evolved. Alarm systems now offer greater control and interaction with other devices, security systems and the ‘internet of things’.
One of the most recent advances is interacting with your alarm system via your mobile phone. The Mobile App not just sets the alarm but also works with the alarm control panel to control other WiFi and wired home devices.
You can become your own Remote Monitoring Station via the Mobile App. However, you do need to be able to respond to all notifications on your phone.

An intruder alarm installed by Crism will be installed to a minimum Grade1, and a certificate of compliance issued to show your systems meets the requirements of the grade.
A graded system installed by an accredited installer such as Crism Security will be a fully comprehensive system using recognised manufacturers and graded equipment only available through registered distributors.

We offer a regular service which is recommended to ensure every part of your security system is working correctly, including backup batteries and all detection and warning devices. Our service also upgrades control panels to the latest software version. We also inform you of new additions and variations that allow more flexibility for the way you use your home.
